My name is Krystal Rodney. After finishing the Elementary Education program at the College of William & Mary, I plan to teach in the upper elementary grades. I am currently completing a year of field experience in 3rd grade at Norge Elementary school. I knew that I wanted to be a teacher since the 5th grade, and am very excited to start my career. Regardless of where and what level I teach, I am very excited to know that I can make a difference in any child's life. My biggest hope is that to help my students exceed the standards that have been set for them. My biggest fear is not dealing with behavior problems correctly.
